How to get a Facebook page’s RSS feed

Posted by zac on Saturday, April 19th, 2014

Really simple, first you will need the ID of the page you want to get the RSS feed for. This can be tricky if the page has already been given an username by the admin, if not you can get the ID from the URL. If the admin has already named the page then you can use a tool like Find your Facebook ID or message the page requesting the ID to make sure it is correct.

For admins, this is how you would get your page’s ID:

Get Page ID - Step One

Get Page ID - Step Two

Once you have the page ID you can simply slot it into one of the followings URLs:

Atom 1.0 Feed: https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=atom10&id=Facebook_Page_ID

Atom 1.0 Feed Example: https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=atom10&id=128139607330383

RSS 2.0 Feed: https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=rss20&id=Facebook_Page_ID

RSS 2.0 Feed Example: https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=rss20&id=128139607330383

Update: Facebook has deprecated RSS feeds from the 23rd of June 2015 – a functioning workaround is to make use of fbrss.com
